Bark-Bike

This guy zoomed past me on Windsor Road yesterday, ears flapping in the wind.

And look at the back of his little carry thingy:

BARK!!

These things look hilaaaaaarious on the road, I had quite a giggle over them. When I got home, I googled "motorcycle helmet ears." Inquiring minds, eh? I found aerostich.com, in which you can buy any number of suction-cup ears to stick to your helmet. They'll stay on up to speeds of 175 mph.

Hm.

Woof's got a birthday coming up....

Hahaha that's a good way to start your morning!
I see lots of weird stuff on I-74 too. Carnival rides and tour buses are always cool. I keep missing the weinermobile, though, and it bums me out!
Ps. Giving Diane my beanies and some postage for the next time you meet up!

His helmet is black so we'll need one that shows up well (maybe the tiger??)

  4. That's one way to get attention. I haven't seen one around here. Yet.

I get my entertainment with Hummers and Limos. They certainly grab my attention. I still see some Herbie-type cars out there and I am not talkinga about the newer VW Bugs.

I should carry a camera around. You never know what will get your attention.

  5. I checked out the ears on the Aerostitch site. I get the ears, but a tail...coming out of my head? I took care of that problem years ago; don't need to relive it.

Good for 175mph? If I ever get to jump the bike out of the back of a C-130, they'd be off before I hit the ground.

Hilarious! Just sent the link to a business colleague who rides a Harley! I love the cat ears.
